Manhattan Studio Transformation

This is a beautiful studio apartment that was remodeled into a one-bedroom one-bathroom home. The Client wanted to create a space for their child going to college in the city on a small budget. . Not only did they want privacy, but they also wanted a space to entertain. Together, we designed a custom unit. 

Images of the Kicthen prior to the remodel. The cabinets were replaced with real wood cabinetry assembled by the Amish. New countertop, sink and faucet was installed. The walls were painted the color "Green Essence".
